Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Timeframe: We will ship your kitten(s) within 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery Locations: Shipping is included in the price of kittens for pick-up from New York City, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, and Miami. If you want delivery to any other location, please contact us and we will confirm the shipping price.

​

  • Shipping Method: We use air transport to deliver your kitten(s) to the designated airport closest to your location. We partner with reliable and reputable airlines to ensure the safety and well-being of your kitten(s).

​

  • Shipping Fee: If you are picking up your kitten(s) from the aforementioned cities, shipping is included in the price. If you need delivery to any other location there is flat rate of $299.

​

  • Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe for your kitten(s) will depend on the location and the airline schedules. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time once your order has been confirmed. Also we can work on holding delivery until you desired date as long as the full payment has been made. 

​

  • Payment: Full payment for the kitten(s) and shipping fees must be made before shipment if you buy it through the website. Make sure to contact us before you make payment to confirm kittens availability by phone +1 (347) 868-8877, +1 (929) 888-5346.

  • Full payment includes $200 holding fee. The holding fee is applied towards the purchase. 

​

  • Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health of your kitten(s) at the time of delivery. If there are any health issues within 72 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

​

  • Vaccination: All our kittens are fully vaccinated before shipping.

​

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders canceled before the kitten(s) have been shipped will receive a full refund excluding $200 deposit, which is non-refundable. If the kitten(s) have already been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable as well as a $200 deposit. You have 14 days after the date of sale to cancel and receive refund, excluding shipping fees and deposit.

  • Refunds, Replacements and Expenses: The NY State law provides that if, within 14 business days following the sale of an animal subject to this article or receipt of the written notice required by section 754 of this article, whichever occurred last, a veterinarian of the consumer’s choosing, licensed by a state certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to illness or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, or if, within 180 calendar days following such sale or receipt, whichever occurred last, a licensed veterinarian certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to a congenial malformation which adversely affects the health of the animal, the SELLER shall afford the consumer the right to exchange the animal or provide other choices based on NYS Article 35D
